LICA Insurance is an insurance wholesale and retail service provider that started off in 2002 as a small section in Nissan Southwoods and GM Shaw. Our clientele started to grow together with the expansion of the automotive dealers. Today, there are two central offices servicing both sides of the Metro. We are one of the largest insurance brokers for the country’s leading non-life insurance companies.
OfficeBusters Philippines is the leading dealer of used/surplus office furniture and equipment. The company does not only sell surplus furniture but also promotes worldwide environment protection and advocates the 3R – Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle. Currently, Office Busters Philippines has five branches located in Makati, Balintawak, Las Pinas, Alabang, and Lipa, Batangas.
LICA’s other activities include various smaller ventures, agriculture, and the F.T. Limcaoco, Sr. Foundation.
LICA is also a significant guiding and financial force to the Felix T. Limcaoco Sr. Foundation. In addition, LICA also maintains some small scale agribusiness operations.

The F.T. Limcaoco Foundation is active in providing health and education assistance to young, deserving people in the Laguna province.
Our predecessor companies were involved in sugar plantations, hence, the affinity for agribusiness. While most of the major farms have been converted into other real estate ventures, LICA is still involved in small scale agriculture, livestock and dairy, and even marketing of flowers.
LICA Marketing Services Group (MSG) aims to develop and implement marketing and/or advertising activities focused on out-of-the box and cost-effective projects designed to :
- maintain an active communication and relationship by corporate office and affiliates with their current internal and external customers, business partners and stakeholders;
- acquire new customers and keep them
- improve services to customers by using standard corporate communication strategies at minimal cost in synergy with affiliates and other partnerships
MSG, headed by Ms. Suzanne Yazon and her team have committed to promote the discipline in marketing and customer relations through leadership practice. It also aims to promote the company’s core brands and services through cross-selling activities. These programs are geared not only between related industries but also among all of Lica Group’s affiliates and end users through the use of creative, multi-faceted media in traditional and highly digital ways maintained at a budget.
