A favorite attraction among locals and expatriates is the Old Swiss Inn Restaurant, famous since 1946 for authentic Swiss and European cuisine. Founded by Swiss national Emil Landert and now celebrating its 65th anniversary, the Old Swiss Inn remains a popular fixture in Manila’s dining scene.

Switzerland, being a country of many influences, gives us greater flexibility in creating a new menu. The Old Swiss Inn has been delighting customers since 1946. Its first branch was at Dewey Boulevard, now known as Roxas Boulevard. Many people were charmed by its authentic Swiss cuisine, quaint wooden interiors, and personal service. Meet Facundo the bull. He has a happy life, munching away at the green grass of a little farm in Lipa, Batangas.  He started as the lone bull in our farm, but now has serious competition from Bong-Bong, the young whipper-snapper.

Pinkie’s Farm is a family-run farm so no chemicals and additives go into our cows (named Ruffa, Diana, Katrina, Deneice, among others).  Just a lot of fresh grass from our pasture, where our contented cows spend most of their day chewing their cud and waiting to be milked. And even if we’re small, we’re still BFAD certified, so you can be sure our products are safe and our facilities, clean.

We started our dairy by first selling raw milk to the big producers, but we decided it would be more fun to make our own dairy products! So now we make our own yogurt, kesong puti (white cheese), pastillas, cream, butter, ice cream, and of course, fresh milk!

We’re not a big operation, so we don’t produce a lot, but everything we make is done with a lot of care and love, and is as fresh as they come.  Just pure nature’s goodness in every sip, and every bite.
